Job Responsibilities
- Effectively manage the executive’s appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements to ensure smooth and highly efficient operations.
- Prepare documents, statistical data, presentations, and meeting minutes, including summarizing key points to support executive decision-making.
- Coordinate with various internal departments, including both the office and factory, as well as external business partners, to drive tasks toward achieving organizational goals.
- Manage the filing system for critical business documents and contracts and perform preliminary screening of information and documents before presenting them to the executive for review.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in any field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Secretary or Executive Assistant.
- Pleasant personality, resourceful, highly responsible, and proficient in using MS Office applications.
- Good English communication skills, with a particular emphasis on speaking and listening.
Job Responsibilities
- Responsible for the company’s General Ledger accounting to ensure accuracy, completeness, compliance with accounting standards, and alignment with company policies.
- Prepare, record, and review journal entries, including adjusting entries, to ensure the accuracy of financial information.
- Perform month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing activities within the required timeline to ensure timely closing.
- Prepare and analyze financial statements, including the statement of financial position, income statement, and other financial reports.
- Perform account reconciliations on a regular basis, such as GL reconciliation and bank reconciliation.
- Handle accounting-related tax matters, such as VAT and withholding tax, to ensure compliance with legal requirements and timely tax filing.
- Prepare information and supporting documents for internal and external audits.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in general ledger accounting or a related function.
- Good knowledge and understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting.
- Proficient in accounting software, such as SAP, Oracle, or ERP systems, and MS Excel.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Responsible, detail-oriented, and able to work under deadlines.
Job Responsibilities
- Present and sell company products/services to clients in assigned territories (Bangkok or Provincial areas).
- Plan and execute sales strategies to achieve or exceed assigned sales targets.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and actively prospect for new accounts to expand the customer base.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and prepare regular sales reports for management.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business Administration or other related fields.
- Minimum 3 years of sales experience (experience in a related industry is a plus).
- Energetic, self-confident, and motivated by challenges at work.
- Excellent presentation, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
- Possess a valid driver’s license.
