Union Mosaic Industry Plc. (UMI) postponed the date to close its
registration book.
UMI was previously resolved by its board on March 18, 1997, and
reported that company's share register book would be closed, for the right
to attend general shareholders meeting no. 1/1997, at noon of April 4,
1997.
The company now postponed the closing date of the registration book
for this purpose to noon of April 10, 1997 until the shareholders' meeting
ends.
