3.To approve not to pay dividend
4.To reappoint directors whose retired by rotation
5.To adopt Mr Termsak Krisnamara Certified Public Accountant No.1106
and/or Miss Chirawan Prapasanobol CPA No.3005 and/or Miss Nashalee
Bunyakankkul CPA No.3126, from Deloitte Touche Tomutsu Chaiyod Co., as
auditor(s).
