We, The Union Mosaic Industry Public Company Limited have sent you the company's financial
statements for the third quarter ended September 30th,1999 that have been reviewed by the Certified
Public Account. Our financial statements present an increasing in net loss, compare with the same
period of last year.
We would like to explain that matter as follow ;
1.This quarter, the company reports loss from foreign currency exchange rate while in the same
quarter of last year, we gained.
2.Our performance present a net loss due to a little improvement in economic difficulties and high
competition situation.
3.Our revenue has been increased by 27 % compare with the same period of last year because of
and increasing in demand from the economics recovery.
