the first quarter ended March 31, 2000 that have been reviewed by the Certified Public Accountant. Our
financial statement present as decreasing in net loss, compare with the same period of last year.
We would like to explain that matter as follows :
1. The revenue has been increased by 44 % compare with the same period of the last year.
2. Our performance present a net loss due to the economic difficulties and high competition situation.
