We, The Union Mosaic Industry Public Company Limited have sent you the company's
financial statements for the second quarter ended June 30, 2000 that have been reviewed
by the Certified Public Accountant. Our financial statement present as decreasing in net
loss, compare with the same period of last year.
We would like to explain that matter as follows :
1. The revenue has been increased by 28 % compare with the same period of the last
year.
2. Our performance present a net loss due to the economic difficulties and high
competition situation.
3. Loss from exchange rate.
