"NR" sign posted against UMI
Previously, the SET posted the NP (Notice Pending) sign
on the securities of The Union Mosaic Industry Public Company
Limited (UMI) from 5 March 2003 because the company has submitted
the SET its audited financial statements for the year ending
31 December 2002 with The Disclaimer of Opinion from auditor on
UMI's financial statements and the SET was waiting for the
conclusion whether the company has to amend its financial statements.
The Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) has now informed
the SET that UMI amended its financial statements on the issue
that the SEC has stated, therefore, the SET has posted
the "NR" (Notice Received) sign on UMI's securities
on 16 April 2003 to annouce that the SET has received
the conclusion from the SEC.
