Subject : Resolution of the Board of Director's meeting
To : The President,
The Stock Exchange of Thailand (SET).
According to the meeting of the Board of Director of The Union Mosaic Industry Public
Company Ltd. (" The Company ") No. 5 / 2003, held on September 4th, 2003 at 10.00 a.m. at the
Company's meeting room has passed the essential resolutions that can be concluded as the
followings:
1. To cancel the closing date of the share register book in order to suspend the transfer of
shares for specifying the right of shareholders to book for purchasing of capital increase in term of
common shares that has been set on September 29th, 2003 at 12.00 hrs.
2. To set the closing date of the share register book in order to suspend the transfer of
shares for specifying the right of shareholders to book for purchasing of capital increase in term of
common shares on October 3rd, 2003 at 12.00 hrs., as to let shareholders to have enough time to
consider booking for purchasing of this capital increase in term of common shares.
