The Office of Securities and Exchange Commission, Thailand.
We, The Union Mosaic Industry Public Company ("The Company"), have sent you the
Company's Financial Statement for the period of 3 months and 9 months ended September 30th,2003
that has been reviewed by the Certified Public Accountant. But there is a mistake in printing, which
cause total non-current liabilities, to be wrong by not including long-term debt amount Baht
783,451,660.28. The total non-current liabilities changed from Baht 64,951,977.49 to Baht
848,403,637.77 and total liabilities changed from Baht 552,734,492.91 to Baht 1,336,186,153.19 .
Therefore, The Company would like to resubmit the revised Financial Statement.
