Subject : Report on the Results of the Change of the Company's par value and the Consequence

The Stock Exchange of Thailand (SET)
According to the resolution of the Extraordinary Meeting of Shareholders No.1/2547 of the
Union Mosaic Industry Public Company Ltd. ("The Company"), which held on August 10th, 2004. And
the resolutions of the meeting was the approval of the change of the Company's par value from
Baht 10.00 (Baht ten) each to Baht 1.00 (Baht one) per share.
The Company would like to inform that at present the Company has already registered the
change in the Company's par value from Baht 10.00 (Baht ten) each to Baht 1.00 (Baht one) per share
with the Ministry of Commerce according to the enclosed documents.
Paid - in capital of the Company at present amount 47,800,274 shares at the par value of
Baht10.00 (Baht) each to be changed to 478,002,740 shares at the par value of Baht1.00 (Baht one) each.
