Directors of the Company, which are Audit Committee members and consist of
the following persons:
1. Miss. Alisa Asavapalungkul
2. Miss. Sujitra Thuksinvarajarn
Their terms of Audit Committee have been expired in the Annual General
Ordinary Shareholder's Meeting No. 1/2006. The name of these two Directors has
not been nominated to be Directors of the Company and has not been appointed as
Directors of the Company from the Annual General Ordinary Shareholder's Meeting
No. 1/2006.
