The Union Mosaic Industry Public Company Ltd. (the Company) would like
to inform that the Company has disclosed the documents of the Annual General
Meeting of Shareholders No. 1/ 2007, which will be held on April 24th, 2007 on
website of the Company in form of both Thai and English language from March
24th,2007 up until the completion of the meeting.
Documents that have been disclosed are as the followings:
1. Copy of the minute of the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders
No. 1 / 2006.
2. Invitation letter to attend the Annual General Meeting of
Shareholders No. 1 / 2007.
3. Proxy Form.
4. Articles of Association of the Company that is related to the
shareholders' meeting.
5. Map of Meeting Room Location.
The Company has coordinated with Thailand Securities Depository
Co., Ltd.to send the documents of the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders
No. 1/2007 to shareholders of the Company not later than April 12th, 2007.
