Huaykwang,Bangkok 10310 on the Company's website www.umi-tiles.com in form
of both Thai and English language since May 11th, 2009.
Together with this letter, the Company would like to submit the
copy of the Minutes of Annual General Meeting of Shareholders for the
year 2009 both in Thai and English language to the Stock Exchange of Thailand.
