would like to inform that the Company has disclosed the documents
of the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders for the year 2010,
which will be held on April 28th, 2010 on website of the Company
in form of both Thai and English language from March 26th, 2010 up
until the completion of the meeting.
Documents that have been disclosed are as the followings:
1. Invitation letter to attend the Annual General Meeting of
Shareholders for the year 2010.
2. Copy of the minute of the Annual General Meeting of
Shareholders for the year 2009.
3. Annual Report 2009
4. Proxy Form.
5. Articles of Association of the Company that is related to
the shareholders' meeting.
6. Map of Meeting Room Location.
The Company has coordinated with Thailand Securities Depository
Co., Ltd. to send the documents of the Annual General Meeting of
Shareholders for the year 2010 to shareholders of the Company.
