According to "Thunhoon" Newspaper dated June 7th 2011 has been published
that The Union Mosaic Industry Public Co., Ltd. (UMI) is one of the companies
considering taking over The Royal Ceramic Industry Public Co., Ltd. (RCI). On
Behalf of the Union Mosaic Industry Publics Co., Ltd., I would like to object
that news and confirm that the company have not considered any plan to take over
the Royal Ceramic Industry Public Co., Ltd.
