"NR" SIGN ON UMI
The SET first posted an "NP" (Notice Pending) sign on the securities
of The Union Mosaic Industry Plc. (UMI) on 4 January 2000 since it failed to
establish an audit committee by the specified period or 31 December 1999.
Now, UMI has informed the SET that it's Extraordinary Shareholders'
Meeting has already established an audit committee on 28 February 2000.
Therefore, the SET lifted the "NP" sign from UMI and replaced it with the "NR"
sign effective on 29 February 2000.
