The Union Mosaic Industry Public Company Limited would like to report on the resolutions
made at a shareholders' ordinary meeting # 1/2000 held on April 27, 2000. The details of the
resolutions are as follows :
1. To certify the minutes made at an extra - ordinary shareholders' meeting # 1/2000 held
on February 28, 2000.
2. To approve the balance sheet and profit/loss account as of December 31, 1999 for
period ended 1999.
3. To omit the annual dividend payment for the operation from January 1, 1999 to
December 31, 1999 because the operation results are loss.
4. To re-appoint the directors whose tenure ended as follows :
- The directors whose tenure has ended are as follow.

- The directors being re-appointed are as follow.

5. Approve the additional a mendment of the company's prospectus.
