REPORT OF AUDITOR ON SCHEDULE OF LONG-TERM DEBTS DUE AT CALL
To The Shareholders and Board of Directors of
The Union Mosaic Industry Public Company Limited
I have audited the accompanying schedule of long-term debts due at call, loaned before July
2, 1997 of The Union Mosaic Industry Public Company Limited as at December 31, 2002. This schedule is the
responsibility of the Company's management. My responsibility is to express an opinion on the schedule based
on my audit. The schedule of such company as at December 31, 2001 was audited by another auditor in my
firm whose report dated March 8, 2002, expressed an unqualified opinion on the schedule.
I conducted my audit in accordance with generally accepted auditing standards. Those
standards require that I plan and perform the audit to obtain the reasonable assurance about whether the
schedule is free of material misstatement. An audit includes examining, on a test basis, evidence supporting
the amounts and disclosures in the schedule. An audit also includes assessing the accounting principle used
and significant estimates made by management, as well as evaluating the overall presentation of the schedule.
I believe that my audit provides a reasonable basis for my opinion.
In my opinion, the schedule of long-term debts due at call referred to above prosent fairly, in
all material respects, the long-term debts due at call of The Union Mosaic Industry Public Company Limited as
at December 31, 2002 in accordance with generally accepted accounting principles.
