We, The Union Mosaic Industry Public Company Limited have sent you the company's financial
Statement for the year ended December 31,2002 that have been audited by the Certified Public
Accountant.
We would like to make an additional explanation as follows:
1.The net sales were increase 20% as compared with the same period of the pervious year. The
economics situation is improved and the government's policy pushed the demand on construction
materials.
2.The company has the policy to decrease the cost of production, expenses and increase the
productivity.
3.The Administrative and selling expense were decrease compare with the same period of the last
year.
4. As discussed in No 1-3, the company's performance has shown much decreasing in loss as
compared with the last year.
