We, The Union Mosaic Industry Public Company Limited have sent you the company's financial
Statement for the second quarter and the period of 6 months ended June 30,2003 that have been
reviewed by the Certified Public Accountant.
We would like to make an additional explanation as follows:
1.The net sales were increase 6% compared with the same period of the previous year, because
the demand of the construction materials were increase.
2.The cost of production was lower, compare with the same period of the last year. The company
has the policy to decrease the cost of production, expenses and increase the productivity.
3.The Administrative and selling expense were decrease compare with the same period of the last
year.
4. The interest expense was lower compare with the same period of the last year.
