Subject : Report on The Resolution of Board of Directors Meeting

The Stock Exchange of Thailand (SET)
The Union Mosaic Industry Public Company Limited Board of Directors meeting held on September
26, 2003 passed the following resolutions .
1. To approve : Borrowing the term loan from Krung Thai Bank Public Company Limited amount
900,000,000.00 Baht and TISCO Finance Public Company Limited 500,000,000.00 Baht.
1.1 To payback (refinance) to Thai Asset Management Corporation (TAMC) and TISCO Finance
Public Company Limited according to the debt restructuring contract the date of
August 1,2003.
1.2 To buy the machineries for the expansion of capacity another 1,000,000 square meter per
month, which will be completed within the year 2005.
