Change in Par value of "UMI"
The Union Mosaic Industry Public Company Limited (UMI)
has informed the SET that it has completed the legal process required
for changing the company's par value from 10 baht to 1 baht.
As a result, effective from August 17, 2004 onwards,
the par value of the "UMI" security in the trading system
will be changed from 10 baht to 1 baht.
