The Office of Securities and Exchange Commission, Thailand
Refer to CEO, Miss Paweena Laowiwatwong said in today newspapers about 160 million baht net
profit of this year. We would like to inform you that this amount based on the fact of 9 months profit
plus the next 3 months informal forecast. Therefore, we can pay dividend approximately 80 million
baht, according to our dividend policy that already announced to The Office of Securities and
Exchange Commission, Thailand. However, dividend payment must be approved by Board of
Director and shareholders of the company.
