The Stock Exchange of Thailand (SET)
The Union Mosaic Industry Public Company Limited board of director's
meeting 1/2005 held on February 1,2005 passed a resolution approving the
issuing of Bill of Exchange (B/E), The B/E shall have maximum amount of not
more than Baht 500,000,000.00 to be issued to institution investors for single
issuing or multiple issuing within 1 year with tenor of B/E not exceeding
270 days. The discount rate of B/E up to the market situation. The purpose
of issuing B/E is to use as working capital in business. Now it is under
the permission by the Office of Security and Exchange Commission of Thailand.
