Subject : Permission to Issue Bill of Exchange (B/E) Has Been
Granted by SEC.

The Stock Exchange of Thailand (SET)
The Union Mosaic Industry Public Company Limited ("The Company")
would like to inform that the Company has been granted to issue Bill of
Exchange (B/E) by the Office of Security and Exchange Commission of
Thailand (SEC) on February 22nd, 2005. The B/E shall have maximum
amount of not more than Baht 500,000,000.00 to be issued to institution
investors for single issuing or multiple issuing within 1 year with
tenor of B/E not exceeding 270 day. The purpose of issuing B/E is to
use as working capital in business because at present the Company has
increased production capacity.
