Subject: Clarification of Operating Results of the Company and Subsidiaries
for the Year 2005

The Office of Securities and Exchange Commission, Thailand.
The Union Mosaic Industry Public Company Limited has submitted the
company's consolidated Financial Statement for the year 2005 as ended
December 31st, 2005, audited by certified auditor including an explanation
on the differences of operating results. The company reported the revenue
from sales of 2,613 million Baht, an increase of 7.6 percent from the same
period of the previous year of 2,428 million Baht. The net profit of 18.9
million Baht a decrease of 92 million Baht from the same period of the
previous year of 110.9 million Baht, due mainly to the following matters:
1. The cost of good sold is of 2,262 million Baht, which is an increase
of 15 percent from the same period of the previous year. And it is in
according to the proportional increase of sales and the increasing of
the price of raw materials and energy especially natural gas.
2. The interest expense is of 63.6 million Baht, which is an increase
of 59 percent from the same period of the previous year. It is from
the increase of interest rate and fund to support the expansion of
production capacity.
