Subject: Clarification of the correction of English version of the company's
consolidated Financial Statements for the 2nd quarter of the
year 2007

The Union Mosaic Industry Public Company Limited would like to
clarify about the correction of English version of the company's consolidated
Financial Statements for the 2nd quarter as at June 30, 2007 in the section
of "STATEMENTS OF CHANGES IN SHAREHOLDERS'S EQUITY (CONT.) for the company
only". The heading of report has been changed from "FOR THE THREE - MONTH
PERIODS ENDED MARCH 31,2007 AND 2006" to " FOR THE SIX - MONTH PERIODS ENDED
JUNE 30, 2007 AND 2006" . The other part of report has no change.
The company has also submitted the revised English version of the
company's consolidated financial statement for the 2nd quarter as at June
30,2007 with the letter.
