The Union Mosaic Industry Public Company Ltd. (the Company) would
like to inform that the Company has disclosed the documents of the Annual
General Meeting of Shareholders No. 1/2008, which will be held on April 28th,
2008 on website of the Company in form of both Thai and English language from
March 25th, 2008 up until the completion of the meeting.
Documents that have been disclosed are as the followings:
1. Invitation letter to attend the Annual General Meeting of
Shareholders No. 1/2008.
2. Copy of the minute of the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders
No. 1/2007.
3. Annual Report 2007
4. Proxy Form.
5. Articles of Association of the Company that is related to the
shareholders' meeting.
6. Map of Meeting Room Location.
The Company has coordinated with Thailand Securities Depository
Co., Ltd. to send the documents of the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders
No. 1/2008 to shareholders of the Company not later than April 16th, 2008.
