The Union Mosaic Industry Public Company Ltd. (the Company) would
like to inform that the Company has disclosed the documents of the 2009 Annual
General Meeting of Shareholders, which will be held on April 30th, 2009 on
website of the Company in form of both Thai and English language from March
27th, 2009 up until the completion of the meeting.
Documents that have been disclosed are as the followings:
1. Invitation letter to attend the 2009 Annual General Meeting of
Shareholders.
2. Copy of the minute of the 2008 Annual General Meeting of
Shareholders.
3. Annual Report 2008
4. Proxy Form.
5. Articles of Association of the Company that is related to the
shareholders' meeting.
6. Map of Meeting Room Location.
The Company has coordinated with Thailand Securities Depository
Co., Ltd. to send the documents of the 2009 Annual General Meeting of
Shareholders to shareholders of the Company not later than April 20th, 2009.
