Subject: Clarification of Operating Results of the Company and
Subsidiaries for the year 2009

The Office of Securities and Exchange Commission, Thailand
The Union Mosaic Industry Public Company Limited has submitted the
company's consolidated Financial Statements for the year ended as at
December 31, 2009 which were audited by certified auditor. The results
of operating of 2009 compared to those in 2008 are as followings:

The significant changes of operating result of 2009 compared to
results of 2008 are as follows:
1. Gross profit margin for 2009 was 21% higher than 13% gross
profit margin of 2008, due to policy in product development and
a success in cost reduction.
2. Selling and administrative expenses for 2009 was decreased by 10%,
compared to those of 2008 due to policy in expense saving.
3. Finance costs for 2009 was decreased by 26%, compared to those of
2008 due to policy in cash saving,resulted in paying back short-term
loan and Long-term loan of 342 million baht.
